Ambassadors for Marriage and Family
Dr. Gary and Barb are looking forward to this next phase of their ministry. They will primarily serve as ambassadors for marriage and families and are looking forward to lifting up the arms of other organizations, churches, first responder and military leaders to strengthen their marriages and families as they serve others.

Gary and Barb will continue to mentor the next generation of leaders of CrossTrainers, Impact Iowa’s Heroes and Honoring America’s Heroes as well as maintaining a streamlined America’s Family Coaches organization. Much of their time in addition to loving their family and friends will be through their marriage coaching through The Rosberg Group and the mentoring of marriage coaches through their faculty role where they serve as the Masters level coaches for the marriage coaching 30-hour training course and certificate.
Honoring America’s Heroes
After more than 15 years of faithfully serving our nation’s finest, the Rosbergs have passed the baton of leadership of Honoring America’s Heroes to Taya Kyle and her team at the Taya and Chris Kyle Foundation.
CrossTrainers
Each Wednesday since 1989, Gary and a speaking team have been encouraging men in the Des Moines area with spiritual tools to enhance their relationships with God, their wives, children, church and community.
Impact Iowa’s Heroes
In the wake of the line of duty deaths of 5 central Iowa officers in 2016, Dr. Gary and Barb Rosberg launched Impact Iowa’s Heroes, an initiative to support Iowa’s first responders and military couples.
The Rosberg Group
The Rosbergs, award-winning authors and international marriage conference speakers, co-founded the for profit Rosberg Group, where they provide marriage coaching as well as one-on-one executive life coaching.
