This four-part video series focuses on what military couples can do to strengthen their marriage and family, especially when reintegrating after one spouse has been deployed. The coaching in the video is based on the book Guard Your Heart by Dr. Gary & Barb Rosberg. Each session explores a new way to guard the heart of your military marriage and strengthen your relationship by learning the following key principles: building castle walls, taking care of each other, choose a great marriage, and emotions, love and sex.

Each session is approximately one hour and is ideal for couples, small groups, Chaplains, and can eve be adapted for marriage retreats.
